Welcome to POD Prompt Generator (“PODPromptGenerator”, the “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a division of Best Product Secrets LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and application. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

POD Prompt Generator provides tools that generate design prompts, titles, descriptions, keywords, and related content to help print-on-demand sellers create and list products. Output is generated with the help of artificial intelligence and is provided for your use in your own business.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

The Service operates on a credit system. Each credit is consumed when you generate a design prompt, run a research lookup, or describe an image. Plan credits are refreshed at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over; one-time top-up credits do not expire. Details of current plans and pricing are shown on our Pricing page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, hateful, or misleading content;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or provide unauthorized access to the Service;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems.

5. Your Content & Output

You retain ownership of the ideas and inspiration you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you are free to use the prompts, titles, descriptions, and keywords the Service generates for your own commercial print-on-demand business. Because AI-generated output may be similar across users and may not be eligible for certain intellectual-property protections, you are responsible for reviewing output and ensuring it does not infringe the rights of others before using it.

6. Third-Party Platforms

The Service helps you prepare content for platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, and Amazon and for AI image tools such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, Ideogram, Krea, and others. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular sales, rankings, or business results. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable, and you should review it before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Product Secrets LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Certain provisions, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
